When I think of girlfriends, I think of slumber parties with lots of giggling. These days, it's my gal friends and
I laughing and chatting, perhaps sharing a meal and/or a drink. Many times, it's a quick phone call or text to say help! or thinking of you!
Today, I'm including a toast to me, as I am my #1 girlfriend. I mean this in that I'm in charge of what I like,
my happiness, my health, my mental voices. I've come a long way to become my own BFF, and still have a ways to go. So, I'm celebrating me, today, too!
