It helps explain some of the (awful!) office designs we work in. Now, as we work from home, office design is slowly changing. We don’t know if the changes will be permanent...but we’re all on the design ride together: Zoom, WebEx, microphones, telephones, headsets...laptops, working at the kitchen counter...being ordered back to the office....
