Angeline Marie Martinez is a Gen-X artist was born and raised by exiled Cuban U.S. citizens in Florida. She lived in Miami-Dade County, Florida until moving to Costa Rica in 2021. She’s a hardworking, loves water, sun, fun, cats, & chocolate, and mixed media acrylic painting, candid and quirky, left and right brained determined gal.
Angeline’s paintings are vibrant, imaginary, quirky, energetic, and colorful. Her work is a combination of acrylics and collage, often incorporating her love of palm trees, cats, and imaginative creatures. |

She loves painting dogs and cat portraits to practice catching their personalities. Her thoughtful and bright works can be seen in the private collections across the world. She continues to study her painting craft through mentorship, group coaching, online classes, books and videos. When she is outside of her studio, Angeline can be found with her husband Andy and sketching, at the beach, and exploring Costa Rica.
My Costa Rica Experience
