Welcome to my site!

Creating art is my full time passion. Andy can tell you that I am always thinking about light, color, and “how can I do that!?” (Thanks, Andy, for your patience!) This website is to share my art with you. Most already know I have a unique way of looking at the world!

I do a lot of mixed media: beach sand, potting soil, pennies, branches, paper...lots of different stuff. Sometimes, it’s something tied to an event, or a place. Other times, an art work starts with my throwing modeling paste, sand, paint, whatever and letting it show me an idea. Lately, I have learned about encaustic techniques and am having a great time playing with something new.

My work is dependent on my whims: yesterday a figure, today a tiger, tomorrow perhaps a landscape. My art happens as life happens. My blog, Facebook, and videos will help keep you up to date!
